How To Break Up Bias in the Workplace

This is a cross-sector course, designed to be used across diverse workplaces, with transferable skills and concepts for any workplace. This course is thoughtfully designed to equip participants with practical strategies and insights to identify and effectively address biases in professional settings.
The course, accompanied by a handbook, takes a deep dive into bias, privilege, and allyship and provides opportunities for each participant to examine their own experiences and knowledge while using scenarios to better understand their own thinking and the associations they make.
